Sorry, we do not take orders online. We like to focus on growing great organic garlic, and always keeping things simple. So please give us a call. We'd love to speak with you!
A garlic lovers #1 choice. This hard neck variety doesn't have the size of our gourmet red, but makes up for it in its amazing flavor. If you love to cook with garlic, you have to try this!
The garlic scape is widely undiscovered for its potential. This part of the garlic plant can be enjoyed without cooking due to it's mild garlic flavor. Use it in pestos, potatoe toppings or even in salads!
This softneck variety of organic garlic is commonly used to braid garlic, but don't let that stop you from eating this wonderful garlic. Hang a braid of butters softneck in your kitchen and enjoy garlic year round!
About our Garlic Seeds
Our organic garlic seeds are grown in some of the richest soils the world has to offer. Generally we are harvesting garlic in mid July. We treat all of our seed with the care needed to ensure you receive a great product year after year. As soon as our seed comes out of the ground it is protected from the sun, which can damage the bulb. Our garlic is then put in "clumps" of 3-4 bulbs and hung to cure for 6 weeks. This is very important to the seed process giving strength and heartiness to your garlic seed, ensuring you will have a bountiful harvest.

Depending on the area of the country you live in will determine when you plant garlic seed. If you are a seasoned veteran to planting garlic, you know that planting can vary from year to year by a week or so weather permitting. If this is your first time planting, please check out our planting garlic page, or contact us. We are always happy to speak with you about growing garlic!

Tease your taste buds for the upcoming harvest. Every year we offer some of our own edible garlic for your enjoyment. We have both the Gourmet Red and MaryJane varieties available for your eating pleasure.
Enjoy your planting season!
A local feel with world appeal.
